“ I found out about Second Staff food truck/mobile pop up from Sonoma Magazine under an article for "Where to get late night fried chicken". Their specialty is Korean fried chicken served with sides of green apple cold slaw and hokkaido milk bread. Came here yesterday to Cooperage brewery where they were doing a pop up and met Sean. He was very nice and assisted me with my order. I went with the Goddess KBBQ, sweet, tangy with just a little bit of spice. It comes with 3 pieces of chicken, large bread and cold slaw. My fingers were sticky & orange but boy, was the food delicious! Looking forward to seeing more from Second Staff, more pop ups or eventually their own small restaurant. ”
